Smart Farm Project (Goanna Ag Sensors)

A number of Goanna Ag soil moisture probes along with tank level sensors and temperature and rainfall gauges have recently been installed around the district.

A workshop was held on 19 August to familiarise members with the Goanna Ag app and website supporting these installations. It placed focus on soil moisture probes now that we are approaching a critical phase of the growing season, and also demonstrated what is accessible from the HMLG website. Another session can be scheduled base on member demand.
